By accessing OneTime Link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of OneTime Link. By creating or opening a link, you accept these Terms.
2. Permitted Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- Distribute illegal content, malware, or malicious code.
- Conduct phishing, credential theft, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized access.
- Violate the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of another person.
3. One-Time Retrieval and Expiration
The service is designed to delete an active secret record after successful retrieval and to remove unused secrets after expiration. The service does not provide a user-facing recovery function after a secret has been consumed.
4. Security Model
Secret content is transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted by the application for storage. The application server retains the cryptographic key required to decrypt a secret for an authorized retrieval. You are responsible for protecting the one-time URL and any optional passphrase until the intended recipient has used them.
5. No Permanent Storage
Do not use OneTime Link as permanent storage or as a replacement for a password manager, secrets-management platform, or other system designed for long-term controlled retention.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" without a guarantee that every link will be delivered, available, or protected against every possible threat. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for loss arising from misuse of a link, disclosure of a URL, compromised recipient devices, or reliance on the service as permanent storage.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
